Nomaro Cloud

Nomaro served over a large ice cube and crowned with an airy orange foam for a luxurious, textural finish. The light, salty citrus foam lifts and amplifies Nomaro’s bright, bittersweet orange profile.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Nomaro
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Pinch of salt
  • Big rock (large ice cube)
  • Orange wheel, for garnish

Method
Add Nomaro, orange juice, and egg white to a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously to build foam. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Top with the orange foam. Garnish with an orange wheel.
