Nomaro Negroni
A bold, bittersweet take on the classic Negroni, balancing Nomaro with sweet vermouth and your choice of gin or mezcal. Finished with a generous orange peel, it’s a sophisticated sipper with layered citrus and herbal depth.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Nomaro
- 1 oz sweet vermouth (or non-alcoholic sweet vermouth)
- 1 oz gin or mezcal (or non-alcoholic gin)
- Orange peel (expressed, for garnish)
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Express an orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then garnish.
